§1 Conditions of use for the Website
Access to the CAMELBAK Website entails acceptance of the conditions governing this website, which are as follows: (i) this legal notice, (ii) the privacy policy, (iii) the cookies policy, and (iv) the purchasing conditions where pertinent (hereinafter, the ‘CAMELBAK Policies’). As such, we recommend all users of the portal to carefully read the CAMELBAK Policies before they browse. In the event of any doubt, we are at your service at contact.ie@camelbak.com.
By way of these conditions, you undertake to use the portal in a way that is lawful, moral, and in compliance with public order and generally-accepted good practice. As such, you must refrain from: (1) using the CAMELBAK Website for purposes which are unlawful or contrary to CAMELBAK Policies, (2) harmful or which could damage the image of CAMELBAK on the market, and (3) performing any actions which could harm or impair the normal functioning of the CAMELBAK Website, the services it offers, and any computer equipment, files, or databases owned by CAMELBAK or by their legitimate owners contained or stored in any of the sections that make up the CAMELBAK Website.

(both of which belong to the same corporate group), and to their legitimate owners. As such, users or third parties are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, altering, reproducing, distributing, or adapting them without the prior and express authorization of the owners of the said content. Use of or access to the CAMELBAK Website does not confer on users any rights over the contents available there.

The inclusion of any links to the CAMELBAK Website from third-party websites without the prior and express consent of CAMELBAK is prohibited.
Any links that may be included on the CAMELBAK Website to other websites or third-party materials (hereinafter, ‘Other Websites’) are provided solely and exclusively for merely informative purposes. CAMELBAK does not control the content of the Other Websites distinct from the CAMELBAK Website. As such, CAMELBAK shall not accept any liability of any kind deriving from any harm and/or loss that results from use of the Other Websites.
§4 Liability
CamelBak:
CAMELBAK has taken all reasonable precautions to ensure that the information obtained through the CAMELBAK Website is as accurate and close to reality as possible. However, CAMELBAK does not warrant that the said information is accurate, complete, or up to date.
CAMELBAK reserves the right to alter or remove the content and configuration of the CAMELBAK Website at any time and without prior notice, and it may limit, suspend, or prevent access to the CAMELBAK Website, in full or in part, at its absolute discretion. Likewise, CAMELBAK accepts no responsibility for any interference, omission, interruption, breakdown, or disconnection that may have been caused for reasons beyond CAMELBAK’s control.
Despite taking all reasonable steps to avoid this, CAMELBAK cannot warrant that the CAMELBAK Website is free from viruses or instances of piracy, inter alia. As such, CAMELBAK accepts no responsibility for any harm or loss that may be caused to the hardware or software of users’ computer equipment as a result of accessing the CAMELBAK Website.
Users:
Users shall be directly liable for any losses that may be incurred as a direct or indirect consequence of any breach or failure to comply with the CAMELBAK Policies.
Users shall be solely liable for any infringements in which they may incur or for any losses they may cause during their use of the CAMELBAK Website. CAMELBAK shall be released from any liability that may arise from the actions of users.
§5 Shipping info
CAMELBAK products (as they appear on the CAMELBAK website) are being shipped to the United Kingdom - except for Shetland Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Orkney Islands, Isle of Arran, Guernsey, Jersey and the Gibraltar.

Please note that orders will be processed and shipped Monday-Friday. Cut off time is 13.00. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed the following Monday.
§6 Returns
As a customer, if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order for a refund within twenty eight (28) days of the arrival of the order. Items must be unused and unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached. CAMELBAK will retain the amount paid for the item until the return has been processed in our warehouse. In addition, if the full order is returned, the shipping cost of the original order will be refunded. The refund will be made to your original method of payment.You can register the return on our site and receive a UPS return label. A return fee of £6.99 will be deducted from the refund. Alternatively, you as the customer can initiate the return with another courier, in which case the shipping cost and the customs fee will be covered by the customer. We recommend that you choose a courier that allows tracking and also to add the invoice of your order for the customs duty.

Exchanges
We cannot offer direct exchanges. In the event that an item is not right, it must be returned and purchased again in the correct size, colour or model.
Warranty
CAMELBAK products are subject to the applicable legal guarantee. This warranty lasts for 2 years and is extended to the original purchaser only. If an item was purchased from a dealer, the customer must contact the dealer for a claim. The warranty does not apply if damages are caused through abuse, negligence, improper repairs, inadequate fit, modifications and alterations or if used other than the manner intended. CAMELBAK makes no other express warranties or guarantees. CAMELBAK shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. If you suspect that your item purchased from our site (CAMELBAK) is defective, please contact our customer service department.
